Aman is opening a new resort in Japan’s ancient Imperial capital, Kyoto on 1st November, 2019.

As Aman’s third resort in Japan, it is situated in a hidden garden next to
UNESCO World Heritage Site, Kinkaku-ji Temple (Golden Pavilion), at the foot of the Mount of Hidari Daimonji. The  80-acre Aman Kyoto, is contemporary in style while redefinding traditional ryokan. Luxe Travel Insiders can walk along the maple road of Takagamine, admire cherry blossom dance in the spring wind at Josho-ji Temple. Don’t miss the onsen in Aman Spa and the special treatments tap into Japan’s natural apothecary – including Kyoto green tea and Tanba black beans.
